    The purpose of the operation of the Cyber Whistleblower Center

    It is a whistleblowing system that enables employees to have autonomy, independence, empowerment and access to senior management, supervision, reporting,
    and consultation on unethical and unfair trade practices of CKD executives and employees, and therefore reduce or prevent the risk of violating the law 
    by blocking such acts in advance.

      of superior bargaining position in business transactions

      by CKD executives and employees
    • Any act that hinders the business development of the Company 
      and harms a sound corporate culture
    • Unfair trade practices and acts that deceive and harm customers
    • Other unethical acts, etc.

    Procedures for dealing with 
    whistleblower reporting
    • Fact checking and starting with investigation 
      within 3 days of receiving the report
    • All whistleblowing-related tasks are handled exclusively 
      by the Whistleblower Center, and strict confidentiality 
      is maintained throughout the entire process of report handling.
    • Obtained cooperation from the Audit Team, the internal governance department, 
      for prompt investigation and corrective measures

    • With the non-public, confidential message boards, 
      the anonymity of the whistleblower is guaranteed.
