CP Certifications

CP Rating System

The CP Rating System is an annual evaluation program organized by the Korea Fair Trade Commission. It assesses companies that have implemented a Compliance Program (CP) for over a year and have applied for evaluation. Based on the actual performance of CP operations, each company is assigned a rating. The certification is valid for two years.

ISO 37001 (Anti-bribery Management Systems)

Established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in October 2016, ISO 37001 is a global standard designed to help organizations—including government agencies, NGOs, and businesses—develop, implement, and maintain effective anti-bribery management systems.

ISO 37301 (Compliance Management Systems)

Published in January 2021 by ISO, ISO 37301 is an international standard that demonstrates an organization’s ability to manage compliance obligations. It covers legal requirements, internal regulations, codes of conduct, and ethical standards, helping ensure a structured and effective compliance management framework.
